Q. What is your return policy?

  • Merchandise purchased through Americanflyer.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with an original packing invoice. 
  • No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issue without the original invoice.
  • Please report any visible damages or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. 
  • The returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
  • Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. 
  • Please allow a processing time of 2-3 weeks for returns and exchanges.

Q. Which payments do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Q. How do I track my order?

  • Orders are usually processed for shipment within 1-2 business days.
  • At the time your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
  • You may also log into your account on AmericanFlyer.com and track your package under "Order History." 
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. (This does not include weekends nor holidays)
