Refund policy
Now FREE RETURNS within continental U.S. with store credit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise (except face masks and gaiters) for a refund to your original method of payment or store credit in the form of a gift card (no expiration).
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- All returned items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging. Any item(s) that have been used, resized/tampered with, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return and the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement. The customer will be responsible to pay for the non-returnable item to be shipped back to them or destroyed.

REFUNDS
Your refund will include the price of the item(s) and any taxes, but will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable. Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment or a store credit in the form of a gift card. Please allow up to 14 days to process your return.
- If you choose a refund to your original form of payment, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance (recommended).
- If you choose to be refunded with a store credit in the form of a gift card, we will provide you with a FREE return label. Please indicate in your e-mail to us or in the "note" section of the online return form that you would like a store credit.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return your purchase and place a new order.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDER
If you received an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at customerservice@longlatinc.com and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
SHIPPING RETURNED ITEM
If selecting a refund in the form of your original payment, you are responsible for return shipping and insurance on all returns at the current carrier rates, except where defective, damaged or incorrect products are sent. We recommend that you pack the item securely in the original shipping carton, insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until the refund is issued.
You may also contact customerservice@longlatinc.com for a pre-paid return shipping label; the refund will be less the return shipping cost.
